Terms & Conditions

Purchase & Validity

  • Buy Now, Screen Later. Packages must be purchased prior to screening.
  • Packages purchased are redeemable within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
  • All purchases are non-refundable, and package upgrades are not permitted.

Appointment & Redemption

  • All packages require an appointment to be scheduled after purchase.
  • Appointments and hotel stays must be confirmed at least two (2) weeks prior to the flight date.
  • The Health Screening Centre operates Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. All screening appointments will be automatically scheduled for 8:00 am.
  • All packages are non-transferable and may only be redeemed once during the travel period.

Additional Charges & Taxes

  • A 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) is applicable to non-Malaysian citizens, in accordance with Malaysian Government regulations for health screening packages and rehabilitation products. Additional surcharges may apply.
  • Any add-on tests beyond those included in the selected health screening package will incur additional charges. Separate charges will also apply for consultations or treatments requested with a specialist doctor.
  • A Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10 per room per night is applicable to all hotel room rates for non-Malaysian guests. This tax will be collected upon check-in at the hotel.

General

  • SMCV reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this promotion in the event of any changes in circumstances or regulations.
