Terms & Conditions

  • Applicable at Sunway Medical Centre Velocity (SMCV), Kuala Lumpur.

  • Valid for self-paying patients only.

  • A 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) applies to non-Malaysian citizens in accordance with Malaysian Government regulations. Additional surcharge may apply.

  • Pre-assessment and procedure will be performed by a Consultant Ophthalmologist and Oculoplastic Surgeon.

  • Patients are responsible for informing the doctor of any medication allergies.

  • The pre-assessment includes pupil dilation, which may cause temporary blurred vision. Patients are advised to refrain from driving for 4 to 6 hours thereafter.

  • The package includes local anaesthesia, day care recovery, nursing services and take-home medications.

  • Additional procedures, investigations and follow-up consultations are excluded.

  • Not applicable for out-of-office hours and complications.

  • SMCV reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
