Early Detection Package for Digestive Health
Gastroscopy is a visual examination of the digestive system using an endoscope equipped with a small camera inserted through the mouth. Colonoscopy is a procedure used to detect abnormalities in the colon and rectum using a colonoscope equipped with a small camera inserted through the rectum. Both Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy are safe and effective procedures for the early detection of digestive system disorders.
Screening Options:
Gastroscopy (Upper Digestive Tract)
Comprehensive examination of the oesophagus, stomach, and upper part of the small intestine.
Colonoscopy (Lower Digestive Tract)
Visual examination to detect abnormalities in the colon and rectum.
Combined Package (Upper & Lower Digestive Tract)
Comprehensive digestive tract evaluation performed conveniently within a single procedure session.

- This package is only applicable at Sunway Medical Centre Velocity (SMCV), Kuala Lumpur.
- This package is only applicable for self-paying Malaysian patients.
- Not applicable for emergency cases, out-of-office hours and complications.
- These procedures are performed by participating consultants only and eligibility for the package shall be advised by your attending consultant.
- This package includes standard sedation, daycare recovery and nursing services.
- This package excludes Pronto Dry (H.pylori test), laboratory tests, biopsy forceps, biopsy reporting fee and medications.
