Both packages must be redeemed on or before 31 October 2026. Any unredeemed package will expire after this date.

The packages are non-transferable once registered or redeemed under a patient’s name.

The packages cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another package, product or service.

Where applicable, any additional services will only be provided with the patient’s consent and will be charged separately.
