• This package is applicable only at Sunway Medical Centre Velocity (SMCV), Kuala Lumpur.
• The package is valid for self-paying patients only.
• Buy Now, Screen Later is available.
• Packages purchased are redeemable within 3 months from the date of purchase.
• All purchases are non-refundable.
• This package is for adults aged 18 years and above.
• Presentation of the email confirmation with order number is required upon registration on the appointment date for redemption.
• Tests included in the package cannot be removed, substituted, or changed.
• If a patient is deemed unfit to undergo certain tests (e.g., Stress Test), the incomplete test(s) will not be refundable or replaceable. Patients may switch to another package of equal or higher value instead.
• The package does not include any medication, additional laboratory or diagnostic tests, referral charges, or subsequent doctor follow-up.
• Appointment booking is required prior to utilisation of this package.

• Each purchase of the Galaxy Watch8 Health Screening Package entitles the buyer to one (1) unique discount code worth RM300 off the Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Series.
• The discount code will be sent to your registered email after a successful purchase made through the SMCV E-commerce platform.
• For walk-in purchases, a physical voucher will be issued instead.
• The discount code is valid only on the Samsung Online Store (www.samsung.com/my) to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Series.
• The RM300 discount is applicable only to the following eligible models:

• The discount code is valid until 28 February 2026, after which it will expire and cannot be redeemed.
