- The sign-up of this package is subject to recommendation by participating Consultant Respiratory Physician.
- The package includes Consultant Respiratory Physician consultation fee, CT Thorax (without contrast) imaging and Consultant Radiologist reporting fee.
- Additional procedures, any related investigations, medications and follow-up consultations fee are not included.
- This package is applicable only to adults aged 18 years and above.
- This package is valid until 30 June 2027
